Description
Cured shoulders selected especially for their size and appearance following family tradition. They are made with the front legs of the Pig, salted with just the right touch to offer the first traditional sweet attack in Guijuelo products. Its slow maturation and shorter curing than that of ham (larger size) offer a color that ranges from pale pink to intense cherry red without unwanted aromas or flavors, but perhaps with more intense nuances than those of ham. The weight of this product is 4/5 kg.
