Enjoying Iberian salchichón, cut into thin slices, is a pleasure full of flavor and very practical. Simply let the sachets recover to room temperature (20-23ºC), open them and let them breathe for a while before enjoying all their flavor and aroma. Our Extra Iberian Salchichón is made in a traditional way, using quality meats from the Iberian Pig, finely chopped and marinated with a traditional combination of spices to result in a product with a mild flavor that takes us back to the flavors we enjoyed in our youth.
